-Bought by mistake / No longer needed / Received extra item I did not buy / Item arrived too late: Returns for full refund only if shipper is unopened shipping at customer’s charge

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items should be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Shipping and handling fees, gift box charges, if any, and other additional costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
- We recommend using FedEx for returning your items.
- Retain the Return Tracking Number to monitor the delivery status of your return package.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
- www.masterperfumecreators.com will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a refund. If you wish to return an item to www.masterperfumecreators.com simply begin a complimentary return on your US online order here and enter the order number and email address.

2. Print your shipping label
If you are unable to print, please bring this to a FedEx location for assistance.

3. Pack up your return
Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside a sturdy container, like the one your item(s) came in. Mark out any older addresses and bar codes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.

4. Ship it back to us
Drop off your package at a FedEx location near you. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. To find your closest FedEx location, visit the FedEx Drop Off Locator or go to www.fedex.com

- You will receive a label provided by MPC (via email, original shipment, or website), pack your return item and drop it off at a FedEx location, FedEx® Drop Box, or participating retailer near you. You can also use your FedEx account to schedule a pickup for a small fee. (If you don’t have a FedEx account, you can create one for free.)
- If you received a QR code from MPC via email, check the email for a list of participating drop off locations.
- Then pack your return item and take it to one of those locations. A team member will print your label for you and accept your return on the spot.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. ---- Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser
- MPC will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

To ensure you find the perfectfragrance, we recommend purchasing, at first, our 5 pre- scented blotters,which allows you to sample all five fragrance options before committing to afull-size kit. If you choose to purchase the kit directly, we congratulateyou on your selection! However, if you are not entirely happy with yourpurchase for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of deliveryfor a partial refund.
